I ordered a box set of carol burnett and friends and paid, i received 2 replies confirming order, and another that it had been re ordered, then another saying order complete, needless to say i am still waiting, and i find it strange there is no phone number listed, i remain cynical at the outcome, my next worry is how do i get a refund
