I rented this laptop computer from them and twice I had to return to fix it. Not to long ago, it crashed on me. When I had problems with it, I asked to change the computer, but they told me I would have to start a new contract to do this. I also have a friend who purchased a very large plasma TV from them, and it cost her 3000.00 for it. But two years after it was payed off it died. What kind of help can we get with these rip off artist's?
