I received a vacation package from a friend purchased through livingsocial for 4 nights at Radisson Resort in Orlando. After many attempts at contacting Orlando Vacation Packages USA by telephone 888-391-8325 which never received an answer and email
info@orlandovacationpackagesusa.com to make a reservation (which were never returned) (Sept 20-october 8th I made calls to the 888 number provided on the voucher) & I called living social customer service on October 10 and they did some research and were able to contact "Mark" they told me I could reach Mark at Mark@OVPusa.com So I sent an inquiry and was almost immediately called back. Mark Stated they were having telephone issues, apologized and instructed me to send in my name address, living social voucher # and dates I wanted to reserve. I sent the e-mail with the information he requested right away and didnt hear from him. On 10/11 I sent a follow up e-mail requesting further information and status or confirmation with no response, it is now October 17 and still no contact with Mark or anyone at Orlando Vacation Packages USA. At this point the friend who gifted the voucher will dispute the charge, and seek legal action / contact Attorney General. Also they have recently changed their website from www.orlandovacationpackagesusa.com to www.orlandovacationoutlet.com, I figured this out because the OVPUSA they use for their e-mail is also their twitter — the original website is no longer active and the new website is listed on the twitter account and has the same layout. Very common scamming technique is changing the business name often.
