I spoke to a man named Mark and bought a vacation with this company (Orlando Vacation GetawaysLLC) on December 30th. I was told I would get a full money refund if I cancel the trip before 1 pm by January 1st. I called Mark on January 1st and cancelled the trip because I was having difficulties finding reasonable airfare. He claimed it would take 6 to 10 days to receive my refund and emailed me a cancellation email letter. I tried calling the phone numbers I was given and it transfers you to a voice mail. I am worried that this person ripped me off of $749 dollars and will not refund my money.
