Withdrew $29.95 from my account as reported by many others. Called their phone number from the voucher 877-886-0144 talked to Medina. Was told it was for online subscription, was still active so they could not tell me who or what it was for. Asked if I had ordered it. Told them no. They said they would give me refund and gave me a refund number, would take 5-15 days and to tell my bank they were issuing refund. Will post follow-up in 15 days or less.
