I was looking for a new website, and Raunaktech looked like an interesting company. This was all till I started to do business with them! They told me that they had two options, a supersite (which they ask 160$ for, and resellerclub.com is giving this for free) or a website with a whmcs license. I never heard of a Whmcs license, so I checked it out and it looked like a very interesting interface for a website. When the website was ready and I wanted to do some changes, I found out that Raunaktech had sold me a webhost license, a license that webhosting companies get for free to give to their clients. These licenses are for free, and Raunaktech is not allowed to ask money for this. I have this black on white from WHMCS theirself. I was prepared to pay for a WHMCS license, but Im not prepared to pay that much of money for something they have for free! They misthreated me, are impolite and used my money! I request a payback of the total amount, if not I will do all the possible to get my money back through every possible source available on the internet!

Now they say that they can not refund me because in their terms and conditions a refund is possible till maximum 30 days after purchase.
They handle everything very smart, for example if you send them an email to ask something it will take them three days to respond, just so they can make sure that the legal refund period is over.

Now they refunded 8500 IRD to my account on the Raunaktech website, which of course is not a solution for me.
I will never take the risk to offer a service to my client from such an imcompetent company, and it is very hard to see that I lost 270$ for nothing, especially now during this hard period, while I do all my best to get my new company from the ground!
