We had submitted a complaint against them regarding Big delay in completing our job.

But now they have convinced us regarding the reasons for the delay due to a software hitch and have also started to complete our job

They also agree to refund our advance in case they dont complete the job.

Hence we take back our complaint and the matter is resolved
