Ripoff Awaiting delivery and refund on furniture orde

On April 2nd i purchased a jacuzzi and patio furniture from harrows. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Jacuzzi arrived after 6 weeks, was told it wud be there at 12.30 so my wife took day off work to receive it. They showed up and 7.30

The patio furniture i was told 4 weeks for delivery. I went ahead and made plans for memorial weekend for a party for 80 people. I made several phone calls to the store only to be told that its on its way. Another week passed they tell me again its on its way. Finally i call the executive o9ffice myself they tell me its not bieg shipped from CA until june 1st!

The store then calls me and says not it will be here on june 1st. Well june 1st comes and goes so i call the store who tell me that it wasnt wshipped to june 1.. Exactly as i had told them about 2 weedks prior. I would never have ordered this furniture if i had known it would tske so long.

About 3 weeks ago they said i would receive a 5% credit for my inconvenience on my credit card... Needless to say that hasnt happened. Yesterday they told me it should arrive in the wharehouse this week but no promises.

So here we are 10 weeks later with no furniture and no definite arrival date! This is not cheap furniture is about $7,000 worth of furniture. Its a long way off the 4 weeks I was told by the salesman.

In all this phone calls aren't returned very frequently. It is very frustrating and anything you can do to get me my furniture is appreciated. I am really tired of the lies from these people and nobody can give me a straight answer. Also in their computer they have my phone number as and i have told them it should be at least 5 times but they tell me they cant change it!!!
