Ordered a death certificate for genealogy research on October 5th. My order (already paid for) has been showing a "received" status ever since and it's now October 25th. I finally called these people and after being transferred to "Larry", who is "handling my order", I should get it by the end of October, beginning of November. WTF??? Vitalchek gets these things out within days. Steer clear of this scam-o-rama.
