This company took money out of my checking account without my consent. I called their phone number and i was told that I had to wait 5-6 business days for the money to be reimbursed to my account. I waited and the money was never refunded. I decided to call again and they told me it should've been in my account 2 days ago and that they would refund it in a day or 2. Simply put, I will no longer sign up for things online and have put a freeze on my account so this would no longer happen. I will be closing this account and opening a new one today.
