Floral arraingement I ordered was 4 days late, the order my daughter received was not what I ordered, personalized card I wrote was not what was sent, paid extra to have it delivered before noon and it was missing a balloon on the day when it was received. Made multiple phone calls on day delivery was to have been made to try and make sure it got to my daughter on time yet got told over and over until they heard from floral they couldn't do anything and they would call me when they heard from the florist (they never did call me back)
