Went to web site section 8.com to apply forprogram grant, and they ask for 1time registration feeof$14.00, been scamed before, now im lery after someone posted on the section 8 site, that hl industries is a scam. I have a printed receipt that was sent to my email box. I would like a refund are copensated for stress&worries. Than you. Margaret
