I applied for a Section 8 housing and had to pay a $14.00 application fee. After giving them my credit card information and them immediately billing my card, they informed me that they are not affiliated with any Section 8 housing program. They just led me to a site to create a profile and to reply to other post and vote for who should receive a grant. I have requested by email that they refund my $14.00 but they havent and now Im in a panic because they have my credit card info and my SSN. Help!!
