Ok. I Called various times on friday regarding my money. Also sent them many emails. Any how 1st call they wouldnt transfer md to snyone but was told id recieve a 100 dollar voucher. Never recievedit. Called back an hour later told them sbout a lawsuit i was fileing but got their name first and told them that even though they were in philipiens thats a us territory and im including them in the lawsuit. I was transferd after being put on hold 6 times for 15 mins. Got transfered to travis. He said her would retufn thd money and gave me confirmation code. I havent recieved it yet. Said 5 days. Then i told him i want overdraft back he said he was unable to do that. I told thrm about an email i sent them stating an agreement between them and i that if they replied tobmy email which they did they were agreeing to pay me 15percent interest per hour compounded hourly with a daily account maintence fee of 200 and that hey owed me 2500 now. He got mad and said i already got my confermation code and hung up. Thats all fo r now...
