I ordered shoes 9/15 I have not received them. I notified PayPal. That i had not received my merchandise 2 weeks later. They said they would resolve the issue. If I did not get the shoes that they would credit back my money. October 1 I got an e-mail that they resolved the issue... Not in my favor. No shoes... No money back.
