I ordered a sample at £3.50 plus £1 PP in September. I did not ask or agree to a regular subscription. The company have sent another product and deducted $98.78 (£64.66) from my account. The withdrawal was made by a company called BODYCOREHEALTH. My bank has now been instructed to block any further deductions by this company from my account. Other than the address above I have no contact details to return the goods and formally cancel any arrangements they claim I have made for a regular subscription. The parcel which has just arrived today was posted in Frankfurt, Germany. The UK contact telephone number for the company respond from an automated answering service stating that their opening hours are 9am to 5pm daily and it was 10am when I rang. The voice on the answering machine was an American accent.
