Money from my checking account
was taken from my account. NO authorization
no signture. And NO I would never buy anything over the phone and I am not senile!
But I am angry and the bank is not going to
be responsible for this. Where this company got my account number and the bank's routing
number is a mystery.
Without an address Better Business Bureau is
no help either!
The telephone number on the document is
1-866-395-2021 apparently a third party to
resolve issues.

I call once a week, but nothing comes of it!
