Extremely rude staff

The lady at the front desk was very exasperated and unfriendly! I asked for a towel for the pool, she was annoyed at that and scted as if I was asking her to chop off her fingers. When I turned the towel in she was irritated I had interupted whatever it was she was doing on her phone. I was just gonna let it go, not let her attitude ruin my day. Then as we were checking out, I asked the lady stocking teabags if I could still get hot water and tea. The look she gave me and the way she talked/treated me was like I had just asked her to give me everything she owned. I told them I'd be calling their manager, the two just glared, didn't say a word as I left. I was dumbfounded. First time to Utah, probably my last, unless there's some explanation.
