I was linked to Speedy Pro PC to download my tax return. When I realized it was a software to fix my computer, I canceled right away and removed the software. I was told, on 10-8-12, the removal of the $79.94 would be removed in 7-10 days. Here it is 12 days and the charge is still on my card even though I cancelled within minutes of realizing my mistake. The software is not on my cmputer and I did not even use it but removed it immediately. Please help me get my refund for a product that had nothing to do with taxes.
