On 10/16,99.49 was deducted from my acct. I got the number from my bank becuz I did NOT authorize this and it caused my acct to be overdrawn. When I talked to them they did say that they would stop the deductions as of that day. However, in order for me to get my money back I had to fax them a copy of my bank acct showing the deduction and in order to get the overdraft funds refunded I have to go on line and fill out a form and also fax that to them. All of which made me that much more upset.
