Disappointing - J2A Salon

Had a disappointing visit to J2A salon Blackburn today.
Offer stated slippers and gown on arrival-did not happen.
Offer stated access to sauna and sunbeds-did not happen and was told they do not have a sauna.
Offer states lunch of sandwiches, fruit salad cake and wine - we had soup, coffee and cake. Not offered any wine.
Offered a crack team of finely trained therapists-whilst they were pleasant and tried their best I am afraid they were not of the high standard of previous salons I have been to and the premises were to too dark for me, never mind them, to see properly for pedicure and putting on nail varnish.
During the pedicure utensils were not properly cleaned or changed and the whole process made me feel stressed not relaxed.
I could go on but it only reminds me of how disappointing the whole experience was.
This was one of the worst Groupon deals I have been on and will be extra wary of any new offers.
At the end of the day we got what we paid for but nothing extra and I cannot believe the true cost of this treatment is supposed to be 190.00.
