I am a victim of education credit management corporation promissory note ponzi scheme to defraud. This debt collection agency came after me under the disguise of asset backed secured student loans. I immediately looked them up and found a host of scam, money laundering, deceit and exploitation material on them. Please see the link below. I asked them to validate the debt pursuant to the fdcpa. They sent me multiple forged promissory notes and a fraudulent judgment. I reported these documents to the police and they garnished me. Can someone please stop these crimes. I am being told by the us department of education that no one supervises ecmc. The ombudsman in the us dept of education is perpetrating the fraud. No one is addressing the fruadulent documents ecmc sent me and are using the fraudulent documents garnish and punish me without any due process.
