My name is Hayat Qilmanova.
I ordered a few parcels from a company called Newsogobiz, however my last order i returned because i did not like the items. Via special delivery I sent the parcel on the 18th May and on the 28th May at 14:00 the company received the parcel. From April until today I still contact with one of the staff called Sandy (sogobiz@gmail.com) and she always tells me that she either sent me the money or will send the money soon. However its been 5 months and I still haven't received the money. I have many times complaint about this to other people. But I am still waiting for the money to reach my bank account. Sandy knows everything but she still lies to me. NewSogobiz is a big company which sells a lot of items a day and they still cheat people in many occasions. I know this because this has happened to me.
I still contact with Sandy. She all the time tells me that she has sent the money or will send the money but I still haven't received the money.
Could you please help me get my money back.
