Purchased some software advertised as new. Unfortunately, what I received via download looks suspiciously like pirated software to me. Requiring using different files to generate passwords etc (a clear sign of pirated software).

I have contacted the site on a couple of occasions with no response from them.

I would advise people steer well clear of them.
