Purchased a wedding dress for a wedding in April The red stitchig is missing, it has many black marks on it, and it also has dis coloration on the white a redish hugh, and as if something was sewn on then removed.

Contacted TB Dress many times they say its not a problem, the see no probles, and the offered me $5.00 to fix the issues in the stitching.

The emails all refer to the fact I could not buy this dress in the states for the price I got it for with them, like they are doing me a favor. It also stated they are loosing money on ever dress they make. Whos in buisness to loose money?
