This company started a pending charge on my credit card. Since the transaction is process internationally (from Malta) my credit card company put a restriction on this charge and restricted my card until confirmation.

I called and inform my credit card company that I had no idea what this company was and did not do any business with them.

I was lucky to have detected this fraudulent *pending* charge before it ended up being $49.95 like others stated here.
