Ripoff

I called the Latincard plus when I saw it at Telemundo. I was excited and I needed the 3,000 credit limit that they advertise on the card. It is suppossedly said that the latincard is for helping the Latinos but it's for getting us in trouble.

I paid $249.00dlls cash for deposit, they never told me that the card can only be used to buy items from a catalog that are too expensive. I received the card and the catalog but both of them are fake I can't get a hold of those people when I call customer service to activate the card, the number 800-874-2423 does not exist. I am very upset and I don't know what to do to get the money back.
