I was dealing with a Daniel White at US Certified. I paid them $6881 to modify 1 mortgage and close out another mortgage. Daniel stated that Bank Of America wanted 485.00 up front to pay off my late fees, then another $1000 to BOA and then $1375 and Carrington wanted $2200 then $720 to bring my account up to date. Their cost was $1100. I am now about 6mos. Behind in my fist mortgage they have closed my escrow account for my taxes and I have to pay them on my own. I as I am sure others out there in the USA economy today am not the only one who fell for this scam. Please help me get back the money that is owed to me real soon I have no money to pay my 1st mortgage because of them. I feel I should more money back that what I sent them because the are gaining interest on my money.
