Complete scam ~ I don't purchase items on line but did it and now regret my actions. I did agree to pay $2.95 x 2 to try the product. And before I even tried the cream I was sent and billed for more cream that I didn't agree to purchase! I phoned the customer services number 866-405-1578 to cancel any further shipments and to have my monies refunded. They gave me a RMA (Return Merchandise Account) number to include when I return the cream for a refund. I'm not holding my breath on the refund. Warning: when you phone that number it is so hard to understand what they are saying ~ good luck!
