I reently purchased tickets for a concert, they have been accidently destroyed and i contacted teh company with all the details, including the e-receipt they sent me, they have told me there is nothing they can do for me even though they sold me the tickets, i asked for a lost ticket voucher to present at the door and they wont give me one, other ticket agencies to this and i told them this all they could say was that all agencies are different. Those seats i have purchased will be sat empty on the night i have proof of purchase yet there is nothing i can do to access them.
