My account representative, Gary said he could help me save $2500.00 in the first year. I ended up getting a new credit card for 0% interest that had only $500.00 credit. He told me to let him know if I got any other o% offeres, which I didn't. I called several times telling him I wanted a refund until finally he admited he couldn't help me and would ask for a refund for me. He sent me a finacial plan in the mail that was no different that what i was already doing, and I never got the refund. I called back today and of course I can't talk to him for at least a week and his notes show no offer to send me a refund. This is the biggest scam ever on people who really need help!!! I am so angry. But I intend to be pesty until I recieve some if not all of my money back.
