This company is affiliated with Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. Based out of Florida. They contact consumers violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The call that has a horn blowing and states this is your captain speaking. The cruise is not free. They want you to pay port taxes. According to the Florida Division of Consumer Services regarding the free trip, they are only allowed to charge you what it would cost to get the prize to you. They also want you to participate in a time share presentation courtesy of The Berkley Group which is also in Florida. Celebration Cruise Line sells the tickets on their website for two people, just like the phone call millions in the United States and Canada receive. Caribbean Cruise Line claims the cruise is worth $500 dollars. On Celebration Cruise Line website their best room on the Bahamas Celebration is over $100 less. This is deceptive trade and fraud. Caribbean Cruise Line and Celebration Cruise Line are in the same building. They are believed to be the same company. There are at least 4 class action lawsuits pending against them. Attorney Generals are investigating them.
