I signed up for a month but was charged a year. Ok. Fine. I opened up a dispute with cc company. Realizing I might have accidentally signed up for a year I was OK with that. Figured I'd try and use it. When I tried to get my account activated, they said it was closed permanently and was "out of their hands". I have opened a case with the BBB.
