I found two charges that came off my debit card for the amounts of $39.95 and $. 99 from Speeddate.com. I had never been on their website before nor had I ever opened any type of account with them. I am not sure how they were able to obtain my bank account information (as I have not ordered anything online in a very long time). Luckily I check my account every day so I noticed this right away. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my debit card and am now waiting for a new one from my credit union. This is a huge inconvenience and a invasion of privacy! Not to mention the theft involved!!
