False advertising! We signed up for a 7-day free trial and 3 things happened that we did not expect based on what was published on the web site: 1) we were immediately charged $29.95 for a "free trial"! 2) we were under the impression that we would receive UNLIMITED SEACHES (as the web site states) during the free trial, but later found out the report we requested was what the $29.95 charge was for (there was nothing on the web site to indicate this) 3) the report we received only contained the subject's home address, and phone number all of which are publically available and are worthless to us. If we had received something in the report that was even close to being worth $30 we would not make an issue of this.

This company is a rip-off! We would like a refund.
