Dunkin Donuts
They take their job as a joke

The Dunkin Donuts located at: 5501 Broadway, Bronx, NY 10460 is horrible. The workers take their job as a joke. They don't listen to you when you're telling your order at the drive through and then literally ask if you would like a coffee with that 4 times after saying no. I end up just driving up while they keep asking me because I can't take it. Then when I get to the window and he gets my order wrong, I tell him and he says "you told me one" when really, I told him two. What kind of customer service is that? I understand people messing up an order, but don't tell your customer that they told you different. I was in a car full of people and they were all witnessing this that I am not crazy. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. People like that don't deserve a job over other people who are struggling in this economy. I know that I'm giving only one experience right now but that was only today's experience. I go there at least 3 times a week and encounter horrible customer service all the time. I can't forget the time they told me to pull up to the stop sign and wait and they forgot I was there. I was beeping my horn for a good 10 minutes with cars trapped behind me. I couldn't get out and leave my car there. They screwed me. I hate this place and these people. Dunkin Donuts REALLY needs to get it together.
