I actually bought 3 of these whole house water filters from HOME, TV, AND APPLIANCE-the company that makes them doesn't have a company name or address or telephone number thier brochure. The one, price listed above I sent to my son in Dec. 2011 and now there water is no good to use. Y toilets re getting black rings & so are my step-sons (bought him one also. I also have a friend that bought one less than 6mos. Ago and her toilets are black too. What can I do.
