Scam with warranty

The device used in the tank to stop water from entering does not work, allowing water to continuously run. Its a waste and I can find noone to complain to on their web site. This has been ongoing for 3yrs and the toilets are 4 yrs old. Both toilets are broken and I would like them replaced ASAP. The original builder (christopherson Homes will do nothing as the warranty is only 1 yr. Thank you and please help if possible.
