I went in to Arroway Chevy on 11/6/10 and talked to a Mr. Drew Fisher to order a Chevy Express Van. Took my deposit of $1,200.00 in cash and said he would order it. It would take about 6 to 7 weeks. Van was beening built on 2/14. Called and said the van is in on 3/18. Looked at it on 3/21 and all was fine with it. From that time on bussiness was very bad and I called him to say that I am trying. He never called me to check with me. As of 4-5/12 I went to check and found out that they ship it out to Mass. Never called to notifed me. Asked about my deposit and was told that they paid to much interest on the van and could not give any refund back. Bussisess is very bad and do not have the money to do so. Mr. Fisher had said that he would look in to it and see if I can at least get half back, and as of now, have heard nothing.
