A young woman from college approached my front door selling magazines to help better herself and representing Urban Nation magazines. I purchased 20 issues of Ranger Rick for 55.00 dollars including handling charge for my four year old son to receive in two months. I called the company in August and a sales representative assured me that the magazines would be at my house by Septemper and now it is October 14 and still no magazines have showed up. I wanted my son to receive these magazines to help him with his reading since he was starting Kindergarten this fall. I tried to call again and no one is working on Sunday so I feel the need to report this scam since I am out of $55 dollars and I do not make much money being a Para Educator myself. I would like this matter taken care of and if my magazines do not come, then I want my money returned to me in a cashiers check made out to Martha Moravetz.
