He advertises a nice shed for sale on Craigslist. When contacted, he said he sold it, but he builds sheds and he will make another one for the same price - he actually called me and sent me a contract. The billing was via Pay Pal on my Mastercard. He billed it to: joesapplianceservice@hotmail.com. All kinds of excuses why he can't deliver - truck broke down, illness in the family, flat tire... Etc. He drags it out until Pay Pal won't take a complaint (45 days) and credit card companies won't investigate (60 days). He threatened me by email for reporting it to the credit card company.
