The company has used a template to insert my name instead of a tailor made personal reading that i paid for. The information is exactly word for word as for other complainants of the readings. It is so unfair. The message company sent is similar to others i have discovered. It kept asking for more money. The company has taken money without delivering a product it promised to deliver. I have just discovered the scam and i want my money back
