Childs first birthday
decided on pro photos
gave us a discount card and time to be there or extra charges
so family pic with bday girl
was actually ok
when it came down to the viewing and selecting half portion i told them right off the bat
we are hungry we need to go
we had to wait
reminder just an infant
then theres great granny almost 90yrs old
has her own health issues
3 of us are deaf
so this is not a happy situation so far
basically we sat there endured the forced spiel
no one is happy never mind the fact we havent gotten to the prices yet
finally the dude understood our hunger situation when he was due for a break in the next 5mins. So we didnt hide are anger even when we paid. I want my pics. Brought this to customer service and they shared the attitude. We dont feel like valued customers and we weren't satisfied. I still have not seen the pics yet.insensitive and calloused is the best way to describe im still fuming. This is not the last place im going to vent about these people because im angry. They gave us the brush off!!!
