Called Apple for tech support on an iphone 5 and was transfered to pccareexerpets.net who proceeded to have me go on my PC and go to logmein123.com and let them access my PC and show me all sorts of messages and said for $199 they would clean it and so on. Wtf does my PC have to do with my iphone? Good job, Apple.
