I applied for service Nov paid setup fee was told that cancellation was as easy as a phone call before the 14 th of ANY month that I would forfeit my setup fee and and all past payments but that it would be terminated
After a few requests for tech support that were handled promptly and professionally it was clear that the system was not working for me
In April I called to terminate my contract and got only voicemail and I left a message for termination and a return call no response
called again a few weeks later after another payment was taken from my account and repeated the exercise
in June I contacted my credit card company and they began a dispute with the company the Search Pros after about 8 weeks sent the receipt they allege was sent to me stating the contract was a year to year contrct and they were "generously" cancellinmg as of the Sept payment and that the woul insist on all payments May Jun July August and I believe September
Did I mention that I received ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN on the advertising they did on my behalf
