I received a mail from ubisoft says that I was selected to participate in a paid consumer reseach program and asked me to transfer the money and purchase some items with the check they sent to me. The check was 3,990 and I deposited in my bank account and withdraw 1000 to transfer money by using western union. Luckily the money transfer is blocked by western union and I refund the check. But now I can't cash the check since my bank account has been blocked due to the counterfeit check. I tried to deposit 1000 in my account by negotiating with the bank but not sure if it will be processed.
