Exactly as all other complaints... I was sent a "request for futher information" notice and the next thing i knew, I was receiving a bill for $1308.00. No one in their right mind would pay this. Now i am being threatened with collection agencies and have requested written cancellation to their fax number which apparently is a black hole.
