Contract PM21-407 Processing fee to sell my timeshare and they reginneged on it and kept my processing fee. I submitted all requested documents to them, transfer of ownership agreement between myself and PHB Title company, satisfaction guranteed, owners information and confirmation of wire transfer rocessing fee of $1,820.00 to their designated location. We were to close this contract in 7 to 10 days and here it is 10/11 and have heard nothing from PHB. I have left numerous phone voice mails and sent numerous E-mails and have not received any return phone calls or returned E-mails.
