Booked a trip for a cruise with Carnival cruie line I also took out cruise Vacation protection plan. Beside the price of the trip I paid them an additional $189.00 premium for the protection. My daughter all of a sudden had to go for an operation on the back of her neck. I felt I should be with her. I cancelled the trip and they won't refund my money. Yours truly, Arline Cresham
