We rented a car for Thursday to Sunday. Our pick up time was at 11pm. We arrived at 1030. We called them to come pick us up and no one answered. After an hour of calling. We found out they were closed. They left us stranded at the airport. All car places were sold out. Hertz was nice enough to let us sleep on their couch until Allied opened. When we went there in the morning. She laughed and shrugged her shoulders and said someone was supposed to be there but went home. Not sure why since we called in the morning to make sure someone would be there. They close at 11 not sure why they have apick up time of 11. She then tacked on all these extra charges and told us they were mandatory. Even with the day we did not use the price came out to be more than what we were originally quoted. I have been trying to talk to a manager since July. No one has called me back. She flat out said the manager doesn't care to speak to angry customers. He will not call you back. I am disgusted with this company. We were in PR for a weekend and we spent the first night stranded on Hertz couch.
